We have used Puffs for more than 20 years. If you have been using Puffs like forever, look at the product: do all of the tissues come out of the box whole, or do many of the tissues come out of the box in a half fold – cheaper production, are the tissues thick enough to sneeze into – no – overall cheaper product. If you use Puffs, its time to try Kleenex again – Kleenex are almost as soft and solid as a silk handkerchief. Puffs are ruined by the Finance guys, its time to change. Our last order of Puffs was our last……. Puffs has been with our family for years and year, but we bought it because it was the Best product, now Puffs do not do the job, not thick enough, not soft enough, not well enough packed, none of the features that used to describe Puffs. Time to change

This Puffs Plus tissues has always been my favorite. I have noticed the last two cases we have ordered has been very rough and scratchy. At first I thought is was a knock off brand posing as the brand name, but the second shipment was just as bad. Unfortunately the manufacturer has changed the product and now it feels like a generic tissue.
Definitely not worth the price. Next time I am getting the Kleenex brand and see if it is any better.
So sad when greed causes a change in such a fine product.
I am going to write the manufacturer, always hopeful.
Be well,
Roy

I bought these for my kid’s school for back to school. However I’m a little embarrassed by just how smashed these came. The box was smashed so far in that 6 of the 8 boxes were affected. I’ll send them in anyway cause it isn’t worth the hassle of returning and reshipping. Perhaps putting them in a larger box considering these are lightweight items that take up more space. If I was getting these for home I wouldn’t care, the boxes I have now at home are certainly in worse shape.

I paid $14 for this box of 8 boxes of “Puffs plus Lotion” and received what feels like the cheapest generic tissues you could buy. I always buy this brand from the store because the rough stuff tears up my nose and mouth area. I called Amazon to discuss a replacement or refund but they require me to return the box. Sorry but repackaging and wasting my time going to UPS is not worth the $14. Just wanted to warn others of the quality and potential cheap product disguised as Puffs, so you won’t make the mistake of ordering. Amazon is usually good in these situations, but I guess you get burned sometimes when you order from them instead of buying at the local store!

These are a great value and decent quality however the reason I left 4 stars is because of two reasons. One is compared to other ‘lotion’ tissues these are not as good but not bad. Second this might matter to some people – normally when you pull a tissue out of a tissue box it’s packed in a way that the next tissue will be pulled up behind it – these tissues do not do that and that might matter for someone that uses a tissue box cover/holder.
